Complimentary Transfers for IGTM Attendees

All IGTM buyers, media, and exhibitors are invited to use our complimentary airport shuttle service between Nice Airport (both terminals) and the Host Hotels.

Our shuttle service will operate on Sunday, October 19, and Monday, October 20, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Shuttles will depart every 1 hour from both Terminals to the Host Hotels.

Our transportation team will be at the arrivals area (after customs) to assist and guide you to the shuttle.

Shuttles will be stopping at Martinez, JW Marriott, Majestic and PANTIERO*.

*from the PANTIERO stop, shuttles will be available to the following hotels:  AMARANTE, BEST WESTERN PLUS CANNES RIVIERA & SPA, BEST WESTERN LE PATIO DES ARTISTES, BEST WESTERN LE MONDIAL, CANOPY BY HILTON, CAVENDISH, CEZANNE HOTEL SPA, EDEN HOTEL & SPA, HOTEL DES CONGRES ET FESTIVALS, JULIANA, MOB HOTEL, MONTAIGNE, NEMEA, RENOIR, STAYBRIDGE SUITES, VERLAINE.

For attendees staying at other hotels, please consult our staff for alternative transportation options.

On Friday, October 24, shuttles will run from Cannes to Nice Airport (both Terminals) every 1 hour between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Please be aware that the final shuttle at 1:00 PM may experience higher demand.

Departures will be organized from the following pick-up points only:

• Martinez
• JW Marriott
• Majestic
• Pantiero

Please check the information displayed at your hotel’s reception to know the nearest pick-up point.

On Monday 20 October, buses will depart from Cannes around 7:45 AM, ensuring arrival at the golf courses between 8:30-09:00am. Return buses will leave the courses at approximately 4:30 PM, with an expected arrival back at the hotels around 5:30 PM. More specific details will be provided closer to the time.

Transfers to the Welcome Reception at Estufa Fria will depart from official hotels at 6:45 PM, arriving at the venue around 7:30 PM. The event concludes at 10:30 PM, with return shuttles available starting at 10:00 PM. The last bus departs at 11:00 PM.
